This is a theme for the app Talon, a third-party Twitter application.
Talon MUST be installed to use this theme!
Once this theme is installed, open Talon and then open Settings.
Under the ADD-ON THEMES section, check the box "Use add-on theme".
Select the "Talon Orange Black Theme" selection from the list of Add-on Themes.
Talon will prompt you that it is going to close, and that you should remove it from your Recent Apps.If the theme does not apply, follow the steps again to re-apply it.
Make sure you are opening Recent Apps and closing Talon, then open it, as this will ensure that the theme gets fully applied!
